Domain values our customers and their consumer rights. As such, we have clearly defined our returns policy in the best interest of you. Our customer focused refund policy allows a full refund if the goods we sold:
• are or become defective through no fault of the yours
• are not for the purpose stated
• do not match the description
• have defects that were not obvious
We may ask for proof of purchase and may also ask you to demonstrate that any problem with the goods was not your fault. Since our products are generally large items we are unable to offer a refund due to you changing your mind. You should therefore choose carefully. Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description.
